Please take a few moments to review the following information to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable ride for everyone.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time. This allows time to:
Complete and sign your forms
Get fitted for helmets
Adjust stirrups and match you with your horse
If you arrive late, your ride time may be shortened or your reservation may need to be rescheduled, as we cannot delay other guests who arrived on time.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Your safety and the well-being of our horses are always our top priority.
Age Requirement: All riders must be 12 years or older.
Weight Limit: Riders must weigh 250 lbs or less.
Waivers: All riders must complete and sign the following before riding:

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing (email or text confirmation).
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your ride may result in forfeiture of your booking fee unless due to weather or emergency.
